Terms and Conditions
We will be requesting a 20%
deposit or prepayment for all services requested. Full refunds
will be issued for cancellations requested 24 hours before the
date of service, or for any flight cancellations or any airline
problem that is out of your control. We will not be able to
issue refunds for no shows, last minute cancellations, incorrect
dates on transfer requests, etc. For any questions about our
deposit/refund policy, please ask.
Our refund policy is designed
merely to protect ourselves from going out to the airport,
waiting 90 minutes to 2 hours for a no show, from false
reservation requests and so we can manage our schedule
effectively, keeping your costs as low as possible.
