Q. Your fares are
much lower than the major hotels for similar cars and English
speaking service, how can you do that?
A. Unlike the other car services that have contracts with the
major hotels, we don't have to pay 30% commission, saving you
money without compromising quality, we also
keep our overhead low, but we never skimp on car maintenance.
Q. Do fares include
parking and tolls?
A. To keep fares
as easy to understand, and for simplicity, all fares now include
parking and tolls.
Q. How Many people
can fit in the car?
A. We can
comfortably fit 4 passengers (including driver) in both the
Town Car and Citroen C4 Exclusive Sedan
Q. How much luggage
will fit in the back?
A. In the Town
Car there is 21sq ft
of trunk space, so 5-7 suitcases will fit, plus a few small
bags. If needed we can put some bags in the interior, or tie
the truck lid. Please let us know in advance if you
have a lot of luggage, so we can take the spare tire out to make
more room. In the C4 Exclusive Sedan there is room for a few
bags in the back, but the split rear seats adds space for a
lot more room.
Q. Can you save me
time and book reservations for Tango Shows/Classes, Estancia
Tours, Soccer Matches, Walking tours and Wine Tasting etc in
English?
A. Yes! We will be
happy to assist you with booking the above, and more.
Q. Do you do last
minute/short notice transfers or tours?
A. Yes! ( If
possible) Please call
for availability.
Q. I'm bringing a
baby, do you provide car seats?
A. Yes, we have 2
US specification car seats available, please request them
when filling out the easy to use appointment form.
Q. I hate to smell
smoke in a car, is the car non smoking?
A. Yes! We will
however cheerfully stop for smoke breaks on long rides as requested.
Q. I'm going to/from
the northern suburbs, is there an extra charge?
A. Yes, right now
we are asking for a nominal charge of $US10 to service the
area.
Q. I'm in Buenos
Aires, and would like to come in with you to the airport on a
pickup to meet me family/friends/associates, will you do that
for free?
A. In general, yes
assuming the schedule permits. If we are already in EZE from
a previous drop off, we will not be able to come back for
free, and we might ask for a nominal fee if you are not
along the way heading into the airport. We generally can
bring you in on early morning pickups. Please call us for
specifics.
Q. Do you do long
distance trips, like to Rosario, Cordoba, Mar del Plata, or
Estancia Tours?
A. Yes! Please call
or write for rate quotes, and remember the fares are per
carload.
Q. Are fares listed
per person or per carload?
A. Most fares are
per carload, with one stop. We will happily do shared rides (multiple stops)
for rates that save each party money, but will be a bit more than
the regular fare.

I'm arriving to
Buenos Aires, and want to buy Pesos but not wait in those
horribly long bank lines at the airport. Will you sell me some
Pesos at bank rates?
A. Yes! We can
generally sell you $US200 or more of Pesos at reasonable
rates to save you valuable time, and get you started. We
will also buy Pesos back at drop off, current bank
rates.
Let us know if you will need more than $US200 in Pesos.
Q. I see you have
your fares posted in US Dollars, will you accept Pesos, or other
major currencies?
A. Yes! We will
cheerfully take major currencies at posted bank rates.
Q. Do you take
credit cards?
A. Yes, you can
safely and conveniently prepay using PayPal.
Q. Can you tell me

you for a pickup at EZE, how will we meet each other at the
airport?
A. Most flights
arrive at Terminal A, so please exit to your LEFT, and look for
us on the left near the other suit ed VIP drivers. We can
wear an American
Hockey jersey on top of my dress shirt to stand out from the
crowd. I'll always have a sign with your name on it. Sending me a photo of
you or your party beforehand is quite helpful. If for some
reason you can't find me, please

There are Telcom Telecenters located in both terminals, and are not expensive to
make calls from.
Some flights will arrive at terminal B, we generally wait out in
front to your left
of the white Taxi Ezeiza booth inside the terminal.
